Licences for the product you installed
The VS Code extension and the standalone Windows and Linux apps use the same ASysT licence. Required third-party notices and licence texts are included inside each distribution.

The ASysT licence in plain words
ASysT Rendering itself is proprietary software, not open source. The EULA covers ASysT-authored product code, documentation and demo models. Bundled third-party materials keep their own licences, supplied with each distribution.
- Free covers personal use, learning and internal evaluation. Production or commercial use requires an appropriate key.
- Pro is licensed to the named user or designated number of users in the key; expiry falls back to Free without deleting models or renderings.
- Your models remain yours. Explicit local modeling actions may update
.sysmlonly through revision checks, whole-model validation and atomic replacement; ASysT does not upload them. - Redistribution, reverse engineering and bypassing licence gates or watermarks are restricted.

complete ASysT End-User License Agreement that also ships
as
LICENSE.txt inside every distribution.
